General information
The land plot is located in front of the entrance to Lviv, at the intersection of important highways Kyiv- Chop E40 / M10 and Lviv-Krakovets E40 / M10 (Ring Road). The side of the 450 m section is located right next to the Lviv-Krakovets highway, the other 660 m borders the King Cross Leopolis shopping and entertainment center. This geographical location is extremely advantageous, as a huge number of traffic flows through the Ring Road, which will provide significant customer flows. This land is a good opportunity to build another large shopping center (such as a furniture hypermarket), as this area of the city may become so-called shopping center of Lviv and Lviv region.
13.4 ha consists of 2 land areas, which are located next to each other and form the 1st integral plot: 7.6 ha and 5.8 ha. Each of these plots has a state act, cadastral number and all documentation in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. Plots are taxed according to the current norms of the tax system and land tax is paid. The purpose of the site is the construction and operation of a shopping center.
The land plot has a good infrastructure, as it is located at the entrance to the city of Lviv and near the international highway. Communications are available around the site and can be connected according to the object that will be built on the land.
