The land plot is located in front of the entrance to Lviv, at the intersection of important highways Kyiv- Chop E40 / M10 and Lviv-Krakovets E40 / M10 (Ring Road). The side of the 450 m section is located right next to the Lviv-Krakovets highway, the other 660 m borders the King Cross Leopolis shopping and entertainment center. This geographical location is extremely advantageous, as a huge number of traffic flows through the Ring Road, which will provide significant customer flows. This land is a good opportunity to build another large shopping center (such as a furniture hypermarket), as this area of the city may become so-called shopping center of Lviv and Lviv region.
13.4 ha consists of 2 land areas, which are located next to each other and form the 1st integral plot: 7.6 ha and 5.8 ha.
